Buyer Protection Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. What Buyer Protection Covers
Every purchase made and paid for entirely within AdMart Technology - through checkout, wallet, and the order system - is covered by Buyer Protection. If an order doesn't arrive, arrives materially different from its listing, or a vendor stops responding, you can open a dispute and a platform administrator will review it and decide on a resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.
2. Why It Only Covers In-Platform Transactions
Buyer Protection works because AdMart Technology can see the order record, the payment, the messages, and the delivery status - the evidence a dispute decision is based on. A payment or agreement made outside the platform (by bank transfer, cash, a personal payment app, or any channel outside checkout) leaves no record here, so there is nothing for us to review or enforce. This is why our Terms of Service prohibit vendors and buyers from circumventing checkout, and why we ask you to keep every payment inside AdMart Technology.
3. What to Do If You're Asked to Pay Outside the Platform
A vendor should never ask you to pay by any method other than AdMart Technology's checkout. If this happens, decline, keep the conversation inside our messaging system, and report it from the conversation or via our Contact page so we can review the vendor's account.
4. Eligible Order Types
Physical products, digital products, and services booked through checkout are all eligible. Refund amounts and eligibility windows follow the same rules described in our Refund Policy - Buyer Protection is the enforcement mechanism behind that policy, not a separate set of rules.
5. How to Open a Dispute
Open a dispute directly from the order in question. See Dispute Resolution for exactly how the review process works and what happens after you submit one.
6. What Buyer Protection Does Not Cover
Buyer Protection cannot help with a transaction that took place outside AdMart Technology, a "buyer's remorse" cancellation after a service has already been substantially delivered, or a dispute opened after the eligibility window described in our Refund Policy has closed.
7. Contact
Questions about a specific order should be raised from your order page, or through our Contact page.
