1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AdMart Technology Vendor Marketplace ("the Platform"), operated by Advertisement Marketplace Technology, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Marketplace Model

AdMart Technology is a marketplace that connects independent vendors with customers. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of what they sell, and fulfilling orders. The Platform facilitates discovery, transactions, and dispute resolution, but is not the seller of record for vendor listings.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may be suspended or blocked for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of other users.

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must complete identity and business verification before publishing listings, accurately describe products and services, honor stated delivery and refund policies, and comply with the commission structure of their selected subscription plan.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not list counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods; infringe intellectual property; misrepresent your identity or affiliation; manipulate reviews or ratings; or attempt to circumvent platform fees by transacting outside the Platform.

6. Fees and Payments

Vendor subscription fees and marketplace commissions are described on our Pricing page and in your vendor dashboard. Fees may change with reasonable notice.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and the individual vendor's stated policy on their storefront.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Advertisement Marketplace Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
