Vendor Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy describes what's expected of every vendor selling on AdMart Technology. It works alongside our Terms of Service, Buyer Protection Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Vendor Eligibility
Anyone may register a vendor account, but listings cannot be published until your application is approved. You must be legally able to enter into a business relationship in your jurisdiction and provide accurate business information at registration.
2. Verification
Approval requires identity and, where applicable, business-registration documents reviewed by our team. We may request additional verification at any time, including for a specific high-value order, and may pause a storefront while verification is pending.
3. Product Standards
Physical and digital product listings must accurately describe what's being sold, use images you have the right to use, list a genuine, correctly-categorized item, and clearly disclose condition (new, used, refurbished) where relevant. Misleading titles, fake urgency claims, and duplicate or spam listings may be rejected or removed.
4. Service Standards
Service listings must accurately describe scope, timeline, and what's included in each package. Quotes and bookings should reflect what you can genuinely deliver - accepting orders you don't intend to fulfill, or substantially changing scope after booking without the customer's agreement, is a policy violation.
5. Pricing
You set your own prices, but pricing must be genuine - artificially inflating a "regular price" to advertise a fake discount, or a bait-and-switch price that doesn't match what the customer is actually charged at checkout, is prohibited.
6. Taxes
You're responsible for determining and remitting any taxes that apply to your sales in your jurisdiction. AdMart Technology does not provide tax advice; consult a qualified professional for your specific obligations.
7. Commission
AdMart Technology charges a commission on each completed sale. Your effective rate depends on your subscription plan and listing category, and is always shown in your vendor dashboard before you publish - see the Pricing page for how plans differ.
8. Payouts and Withdrawals
Earnings from a completed order are credited to your wallet net of commission, then move to your available balance once the order is marked complete (or, for services, once the customer approves delivery). You can request a withdrawal to your chosen payout method once funds are available, and track every request's status from your vendor dashboard.
9. Shipping
For physical products, you're responsible for packaging, shipping within the delivery window stated on your listing, and providing tracking information where available. Your shipping and delivery policy should be clearly stated on your storefront.
10. Customer Service
Respond to customer messages and service inquiries promptly and professionally. Consistently slow or unhelpful responses may affect your standing on the marketplace and how often your listings are shown.
11. Reviews
You may respond publicly to reviews but may not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews, or otherwise manipulate your rating. Verified-purchase reviews cannot be edited or removed by the vendor.
12. Returns and Refunds
Honor the return and refund policy you've stated on your storefront, on top of the platform-wide baseline in our Refund Policy. Refusing a reasonable, clearly warranted refund is a policy violation and may be escalated to a dispute.
13. Disputes
If a customer opens a dispute on your order, respond promptly from your vendor dashboard with your side of the situation - administrators review the evidence from both parties before deciding. See Dispute Resolution for how the process works.
14. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Only list items and use images, descriptions, and brand names you have the legal right to use. Do not upload copyrighted material (photos, text, software, design files) that isn't yours or properly licensed. If you believe another vendor is infringing your intellectual property, contact us to report it.
15. Counterfeit Goods
Listing counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized-branded goods is strictly prohibited and will result in listing removal and account action, regardless of how the item is described.
16. Digital Products
Digital files must be genuine, functional, and free of malware, and must be delivered only through AdMart Technology's secure download system - never an external link that bypasses platform tracking. Misrepresenting what a digital file contains, or its license terms, is prohibited.
17. Prohibited Listings
You may not list anything illegal in your jurisdiction, counterfeit or unauthorized-branded goods, stolen property, regulated goods without proper licensing (e.g. weapons, certain supplements or chemicals), or content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes another party's rights.
18. Fraud Prevention
Do not create fake orders, use another person's payment or identity information, post or solicit fake reviews, or otherwise attempt to manipulate marketplace systems. Suspected fraud may result in an immediate hold on your account or funds pending investigation.
19. Communication Rules
Keep all customer communication on-platform, professional, and related to the order or listing in question. Harassment or abusive language toward customers is prohibited.
20. No Outside Transactions
Never ask a customer to pay you by any method outside AdMart Technology checkout, even to "save on commission." This is a serious policy violation - it voids the customer's Buyer Protection coverage, and accounts found soliciting off-platform payment are subject to suspension. See our Buyer Protection Policy for the full reasoning.
21. Account Suspension
Accounts that violate this policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law may have listings removed, be suspended, or be permanently blocked, at the discretion of platform administrators. Where possible we'll tell you why and give you a chance to resolve the issue.
22. Vendor Performance
We may review performance signals - order fulfillment rate, response time, dispute rate, and customer ratings - and may take action, including reduced visibility or account review, for consistently poor performance.
23. Marketplace Standards
Beyond specific rules above, vendors are expected to operate professionally and in good faith - accurate listings, fair pricing, timely fulfillment, and honest communication are the baseline expectation for every storefront on AdMart Technology.
24. Data Privacy
Use customer information (names, addresses, contact details, order history) only to fulfill and support the orders you receive. Do not use it for outside marketing or share it with third parties without the customer's consent. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data on our side.
25. Legal Compliance
You agree to operate your storefront in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consumer protection, product safety, and advertising regulations relevant to what you sell.
26. Changes to This Policy
We may update vendor requirements as the platform grows. Material changes will be communicated to active vendors in advance where practical.
