Vendors additionally provide business information and identity/verification documents during onboarding. We also collect information you provide directly, such as messages, reviews, and support tickets.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate your account, process orders, facilitate communication between customers and vendors, verify vendor identities, prevent fraud and abuse, send transactional notifications, and improve the marketplace. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

Order-relevant information is shared between the customer and vendor involved in a transaction so the order can be fulfilled. Administrators may access account and transaction data to investigate disputes, fraud, or policy violations. We do not share your data with advertisers.

5. Data Security

Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms, all database access uses parameterized queries, and sensitive files (vendor verification documents, invoices, digital downloads) are stored outside the public web root and served only after an authorization check.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request account deletion by contacting support, subject to records we're required to keep.
