Delivery Policy
Because our poems and artwork are personalized and made specifically for each customer: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before customization work begins. Once the custom poem or design process has started, cancellation or refund eligibility may be limited based on the work already completed. Once a personalized item has been printed or framed, refunds will generally not be available for change of mind. Digital products are non-refundable once the final approved file has been delivered.
